Thanks for the offer OranjeTulip.

I ended up just having it fixed at a bike shop down the street from Den Haag Centraal. It was around €50 to get the wheel replaced, which I thought was a bit expensive ( since you can get a used bike usually around €75 or €100) but also knew if I was to attempt replacing the wheel myself, it would have taken an hour or two. The cost of the wheel rim itself was about €30, so to pay the additional €20 to save myself 1-2 hours of frustration seemed worth it.

Haven't had an issue since (although I am much more conscious about not riding off sidewalks which is how I think it got bent originally).

What size are you looking for? I have a bike that isn't worth it to me to fix up, it's got 26" wheels and last year I had to replace the rear wheel so it's fairly new if you want it. But you would need to take it off.
